Camp ? Society · Since 2002
NOT JUST A CAMP.
A COMMUNITY
EXPERIMENT.
We are a community experience inspired by Burning Man and its core tenets. An experiment in what a community is — and what we can do when we truly come together. After 20+ years remaking the vision out at the Burn, the experiment has become an experience — full of love, challenge, growth, and people who inspire each other every single year.
A message from Camp ?
“What will the members of Camp ? Society come up with and build out at the Burn this year?”
— Camp Question Mark · Burning Man 2026
We dedicate time and resources to building the members’ vision each year — at Burning Man and throughout the year at events and gatherings. Through every challenge and every breakthrough, I am proud and inspired. I look forward to another year of members bringing their vision to life.
Who we are
AS WE BUILD, LEARN & GROW —
SO DOES WHO WE ARE.
♥
Heart of the Camp
Our members are the heart of Camp Question Mark. The vision, the energy, the dream — it all comes from you.
⇄
Mutual Support
We work with the people who support us — and we support them back. That reciprocity is what makes us different.
∞
Life-long Friendships
We build friendships that outlast the burn. Relationships forged in the desert, carried forward every year.
↑
Build Each Other Up
Support each other’s life dreams and future visions. Help members build their skills, find their voice, and grow.
?
Always Evolving
Who we are isn’t fixed. As we build and learn together, so does the definition of Camp ? itself.

You don’t have to camp with us to be one of us
Even if you aren’t planning to camp at the Burn — you’re welcome here.
Camp ? Society is for all of the Camp Q family — including everyone who can’t be at the Burn but is a huge part of what we build every year. We are planning events and working on off-playa ideas that you are welcome to help shape. The vision belongs to all of us.
